As of March 19th, the Energy Saver Rebates offered of $4.1 million, has been fully committed to homeowners. As of today, Cornerstone Mortgage Company IS able to continue with the Fix-Up Fund commitments on new loans, they are just no longer eligible for the Energy Saver Rebates.
The good news is that an additional Energy Saver Rebate allocation may be coming again soon. Stay tuned and we will keep you updated on any information that Minnesota Housing announces.
