Home sellers in today’s Minnesota real estate market have a host of different issues and considerations than they had when they purchased their home originally. Our Minnesota real estate market has changed and we’ve designed a class to help educate the home seller who may be looking to buy again. We will cover a host of hot topics that are top of mind for today’s home seller.
We’ve collaborated with some of the best real estate and mortgage professionals in Minnesota along with some excellent service providers to bring Minnesota home buyers and sellers the information they need to start the process of buying or selling real estate in Minnesota.
Our monthly slate of classes for home buyers and sellers has been on-going for over six years and meets the growing demand for up-to-date, accurate real estate and mortgage information.
We’re introducing the newest class to our series of monthly classes on real estate and mortgage lending. All of our classes are 90-minute, no-cost, no-obligation classes designed to assist home buyers and now sellers in today’s real estate market. The landscape of Minnesota real estate and mortgage financing has changed significantly in the past few years. During this seminar we will touch on a number of “new normals” for today’s home buyer and seller.

This event benefits our local Dakota County, Scott County and Carver County CAP Agency Food Shelf and Thrift Store! Bring your non-perishable food items, and gently used winter clothing and enjoy an afternoon of FREE fun for the whole family!

As I reflect on what we’ve done so far this year, I am filled with gratitude. We are truly blessed and we look forward to continuing to “pay it forward” as we finish strong in 2011! Our 7th Annual Fall Festival is coming up on October 1st . This event is family focused and feeds into our plan for the 180 as we support our local (serving Scott, Carver and Dakota counties) CAP Agency Food Shelf and Thrift Shop.
At Cornerstone Mortgage Company in Burnsville, Minnesota, we partnered as a group of expert Mortgage Loan Originators many years ago and established the team name, Minnesota Home Loan Partners. While we work for Cornerstone Mortgage Company; we as a group of Mortgage Professionals decided that it was important for us to pool our resources and our expertise to best serve our clients and real estate agents in Minnesota. We provide them with the best possible resources available in the marketplace through our combined knowledge, areas of expertise and professional contacts.
This event has always been a great time for families and friends to gather and have some fun! Grab the kids, or your neighbors kids, and bring them over for Pumpkin Painting, Moonwalks, Pony Rides, A Petting Zoo, Games of Chance and our old-timers favorite drawings.
