Time to plan your neighborhood fun night for Burnsville’s Night To Unite, formerly known as National Night Out. Night To Unite is designed to heighten crime, drug and violence prevention awareness, generate support for and participation in local anti-crime programs, strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community partnerships, and send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back!

This year’s Night To Unite in Burnsville takes place on Tuesday, August 3rd. Neighborhoods are encouraged to take this time to meet and socialize with their neighbors. Night To Unite gatherings can be a simple BBQ or you can organize a number of family friendly events such as bicycle parades, scavenger hunts, a street dance, a white elephant exchange, book swap, or even best lawn and garden contests.
