70% of Americans believe its a good time to buy a home. This is even after they have been hearing all the issues about the housing industry. When Fannie Mae conducted same survey in January or 2010, 64% of Americans believed it was a good time to buy a home.
I have the awesome pleasure of working with a wide variety of people in my business and as I reflect on this year, I am fascinated by the messages that I hear that seem to be unified, regardless of class, income range, or familial status. It’s time to get back to basics.
